Acquiring vision, achieving dreams

Sting for Consultancy & Design organized an Empowerment Workshop, in collaboration with Mokattam Association for Human Rights. Twenty-two women from Mokattam area attended it.

The IMAGINE Initiative is a program intended to empower individuals (mostly women) through an empowerment workshop, aimed at increasing self-knowledge and translating this into an actionable growth strategy that is culturally adapted for Egypt’s setting. The workshop helps women achieve their specific goals in life for a happier more balanced existence. The methodology is considered one of the leading training methodologies in the area of personal self-improvement in the world.

The workshop was carried out over the course of four days, in two weeks, from 31 July – 1 August and 7-8 August 2018, from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Throughout the four days, seven areas of our lives were explored: emotions, relationships, sexuality, body, money, work, and spirituality. Participants were skillfully guided to create more meaningful lives for themselves with new visions for all aspects of their lives, based on the dreams that live deep inside each one in the group.

The workshop was delivered and facilitated by certified trainers from the Empowerment Institute in New York, USA.
